AUDITORIUM
Seating sixty-four delegates, the Auditorium is lavishly equipped with the most advanced technological facilities which include a high quality multi-scan projector, video sourcing capability, audio geometry, recording equipment, video conference and computer facilities capable of interfacing with the international technology of overseas lecturers. There is also a professional sound support system coupled with a hi-tech stereo mixer. “We have anticipated the demands of the next-generation business world by installing advanced technology that makes Zevenwacht a first-league player in the international conferencing field. With the additional advantages of smaller breakaway and meeting rooms, full administrative support, and a team of professionally trained staff running it, the Conference Centre is well prepared to meet the most challenging of corporate requirements.”

Please note:

• Please note that beverages during lunch are not included in the package and will be charged on consumption.
• Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the function -we will cater for that number and charge accordingly.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
• Vegetarians can be catered for,please advise.
• Please note our kitchen is neither Kosher nor Halaal but we are able to provide such catering from our Halaal Caterer on request and at a additional cost.

Please note that we require a 50% deposit paid prior to your function date (within 7 days of reservation).
