Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated in the north eastern region of the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, the closest point of entry is through Bakgatla Gate.

Nestled in the basin of an ancient amphitheatre divided by riverine woodlands and elephant trails lies an exclusive private lodge. The central facility includes, stunning feature pool, bar, conference room, dinning room, boma, reception and curio shop. The central facility is flanked by 59 double suites and 4 luxury suites, located on the edges of the amphitheatre basin, each features full en suite bathroom, mini bar fridges, air-conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities. Sumptuous meals are enjoyed in the boma, dinning room or bush dinner venue.

The guest experience at Ivory Tree includes guiding guests through this magnificent reserve in a specially – purpose built – safari vehicle. Each of our safari vehicles is able to carry a maximum of 10 guests thus ensuring absolute attention whilst on game drive. Ivory Tree Game Lodge has been positioned as one of South Africa’s premier incentive destinations and provides the ideal venue to create exciting incentive experiences. These include hot air ballooning, elephant back safaris, game drives and walks. Specialised programmes including the ‘amazing race’ and ‘the fugitive’ are also available.
