Our Chefs bid you welcome to the Everglades dining room where we offer a table d’hote dinner menu consisting of a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts. Breakfasts are full “English”-style. Depending on the number of guests these meals are served either plated or buffet-style.

Our Copper Kettle Coffee Shop is open from 10:00 to 15:30 daily and offers a selection of light meals such as Soups, Curries, Toasted Sandwiches, Savoury Pancakes, Trout, etc at very reasonable rates. Weather permitting, these meals can be served in the gardens overlooking the pool.

After your days outing return to the Everglades for a pre-dinner drink in the Wattle & Daub Pub before a hearty meal .For those bracing winter evenings we recommend a post-dinner liqueur whilst relaxing in the lounge or pub in front of the fire.

Your ceremony can be performed in Inhlosane II which can seat 50 guests or in Inhlosane IV which can seat up to 120 guests. Weather permitting, the gardens are available for pre-reception drinks and photographs.

Your guests can then move to the hotel dining room , or the Reedbuck Boma if required, for the reception. A complimentary suite with a bottle of champagne awaits the wedding couple on the wedding night. The Everglades Hotel looks forward to welcoming you and your guests.
