At Bass Lake Lodge we offer more than 13 years of hands-on experience in conferencing, to a maximum group of 36 people. We are not open to holiday makers, weekend enthusiasts or any other private visitor. Quality rather than quantity is crucial. We cater exclusively for conferences. This allows us to do what we love best: making your conference smooth-running, rewarding and memorable, leaving you invigorated to focus on nurturing your company team spirit and building your business.

Natural is key for us and works on many levels at Bass Lake. We are surrounded by the unspoilt, natural beauty of the Bobbejaansberg. The stylishly decorated, modern-African rooms overlook the tranquil setting of a lake stocked with Black bass and Bream. The layout of the conference rooms, dining area, pool and other facilities blend in naturally with the valley, rocks and indigenous trees.

After a day of listening to motivational speaking, you can unwind and hear the call of a Fish-Eagle and later you might catch the distant call of jackals. Evening entertainment can also be arranged and what could be a more natural end to the day than to sit around the camp fire listening to a professional story teller?

Making delegates feel comfortable is second nature to us. Our conference venues are well appointed, equipped and private and our scrumptious meals, beverages and snacks will keep everyone energised and in good spirits.
In the unnatural event of a power failure, we have a large generator on site that will kick in almost immediately and seamlessly ensure the continuation of your conference.
