Devon Valley Hotel is a tranquil country setting with gorgeous views over our own vineyards. There are six conference venues which are flooded with natural light, are fully air-conditioned and are configurable to almost any seating requirements.

Wine Tasting

The Devon Valley Hotel is situated in a working vineyard and offers wine tasting of our SylvanVale Wines.

Food & Wine Pairing

Enjoy one of our decadent set menus and pair each course with one of our award winning wines. The Food & Wine pairing is presented by our Wine Ambassador together with a full tutorial.

Single Malt Whisky Tasting

The hotel’s Cedarwood Lounge & Bar is home to one of the most definitive collections of Single Malt Whiskies in South Africa

‘Potjiekos’ Challenge

We use this traditional South African favourite to create an event where delegates can participate and compete as well as enjoy a really relaxing and memorable meal.

‘Boules’/ Petanque

This game is fun and friendly, best enjoyed with a glass of wine in hand! Our dedicated Boules Court is the venue for a relaxing game under the oak trees and amongst the vineyards.

Vineyard Hiking Trail

Combine your Function or conference booking with a fun and healthy activity in the Devon Valley. The Vineyard Hiking Trail offers some of the best views in the Winelands combining visits to a few very well-known wine estates, including the House of JC le Roux, Clos Malverne and Middelvlei.

Pizza Fiesta

Enjoy an interactive Pizza making contest on our terrace. The most delicious, flavoursome pizza will be selected by our Executive Chef, Markus Schwemberger, and the winning team will receive an exciting prize. It includes a wine tasting of the hotel’s award-winning range of SylvanVale wines. This team building option is only available in our summer season (October – March). Groups not more than 20pax
