Opikopi offers two conference venues for your conferences, seating from 2 to 40 delegates depending on the seating arrangement in the room.

Services offered to conference delegates are as follows:

On Arrival

Tea, coffee or juice plus rusks

Midmorning:

Tea, coffee or juice plus snacks

Chef selection for lunch in Dining room

Afternoon break

Standard equipment supplied in the conference room:

– White A5 board
– Projector screen 2.5m x 2.5m
– Pens, water, mints also included in the price
– TV with decoder
– Projector on request (additional renting fee will be added to conference fee)
