34 Double rooms are available to enhance the beauty of Kleinkaap and to make your journey unforgettable.

Standard in all the rooms include Flat Screen TV with selected DSTV Channels, Electronic Room Safes, Wi-Fi Connectivity in rooms, Air-Conditioning, Bar Fridge, Tea and Coffee Stations, and a Full English Breakfast

Conferences

Kleinkaap secialises in Business Functions with individual, hands on attention. This popular venue is ideal for conferencing, birthdays, work functions, training and other events and the property now offers our clients peace of mind from start to finish with regards to their specific needs. The property is well positioned and close to the Jean Avenue offramp with ample parking and 24 hours security.

We offer full day conference packages and half day packages which are fully inclusive, or alternatively we will tailor make your package to suite your individual needs. We can accommodate a minimum of  4 to 168 delegates with seating arrangements as follows: UShape, classroom and cinema.

Functions

Our functions are tailor made to suite our guests and the coordinators are there to assist with the guests requirements. All clients are sent detailed packages but a site inspection of the property is always suggested as this gives the client the opportunity to experience the ambience and tranquillity of the property and gives them an idea of the spaces that are available to fit in with their theme and the decor of the property.

Our on site chefs prepare food that is superior and delicious and moves away from the conventional meals that are served at venues. Service is our priority and our aim is to ensure that your event is a memorable one.

We have a dedicated Sales Person that will visit your office or home to help you in making the right choice if you are unable to visit the property.

Weddings

Garden or Banquet weddings and functions are held in this lush tranquil setting under the oak trees. The beautiful gardens are the dream venue for wedding photographs. We have two vintage cars, a 1929 Chevrolet Tourer and a 1933 Morris Ten which are available for photographic purposes only, at no additional cost.

Should you choose to have a more intimate wedding, banqueting halls and other indoor venue’s are also available. Secure parking for all guests is within the estate. Our professional staff will ensure that your guests have a memorable and unforgettable experience. Halaal and Kosher meals are available on request. Other special dietary requirements are also available.

Location & Attractions

We are only 50 km from OR Tambo and 30 km from Lanseria and conveniently situated close to Midrandand Pretoria. We are also 5km from the Gautrain station in Centurion. So if you need to do business in Sandtonor want to take the train to the airport, we will gladly drop you off at the station and pick you up.
