Description

The scenic beauty of Glenburn Lodge makes it the ideal setting for conferences, product launches, think tanks and team building exercises.  The conference centre can seat up to 600 delegates across nine conference rooms and an Executive Boardroom. From this, alternative breakaway rooms can be utilized in and around the conference centre. All rooms are equipped with standard equipment which includes white boards, flip charts and screens. Specialised equipment such as televisions, VCR’s, data projectors and PA systems are available at an additional charge. Fax, photo copying and email/internet services are also available.

All conference packages include:
Standard equipment: Screen, one flip chart with one ream of paper and two pens, one whiteboard and two pens, note pads and complimentary Glenburn Lodge pen. Mints and mineral water are placed on the tables. All other specialised or additional equipment required, will be charged accordingly

Half Day Conference Packages
Welcome refreshments: Early morning tea, coffee and rusks on arrival
Mid-morning refreshment break: Tea and coffee, served with sandwiches, fruit
Buffet Lunch: 12h30 – 14h00: Selection of starters, main course and desserts
