Pongola Country Lodge provides substantially for business delegates with four of the finest conference venues. Combining serenity away from the rat race, with efficiency through standard conference equipment, the lodge provides an invigorating working environment.

The facility offers a choice of four conference rooms
Two of the venues can accommodate between 30 and 100 delegates and two providing for up to 30 delegates. Therefore company parties, product launches, wedding and engagement parties or other celebrations will be well catered for.

Standard conference includes ice water, mints, flipchart and markers. If requested we can provide stationary, notepad and a data projector at an additional costs. All conference facilities are equipped with projector screen. We also offer standard buffet lunch and dinner meals starting from R95.00 per person. Tea and coffee station at additional costs. We are halaal friendly and we cater for every dietary requirements i.e. Vegetarians, diabetic, etc.
